Q - How do I create an account and what are the benefits of doing this?
A - To create an account click on "Register" at the top right of the homepage and follow the steps (it take 30 seconds). The benefits of this are:
- Proceed through checkout faster when making a purchase
- Check the status of orders
- View past orders
- Make changes to your account information
- Change your password
- Store alternative addresses (for shipping to multiple family members and friends!)
Q - How will I know if my order has been accepted?
A - You will receive a confirmation email that provided all the information relating to the order.
Q - What to do if I want to cancel my order
A - Please email email@example.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Please note that if the order has been dispatched it is unlikley that we can cancel the order. You will have to return the item to us at your own cost.
Q - Who do I contact if I have an query or issue?
A - Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q - Can I take nuke nutrition products when pregnant?
A - There are currently no products in the Nuke Nutrition range that you cannot take while pregnant.
Q - What to do if my item is damaged when it is delivered?
A - Please email email@example.com with your order details and at least 3 clear pictures of the damaged item.
